Using a service called CrossLoop, all you have to do is download their program and install it, then provide us with the access code it automatically generates. We can then remotely access your computer to provide the services you need.
The CrossLoop program is very easy to install and use, plus it has a small footprint. When we are done assisting you, you then have the choice of permanently uninstalling the program or leaving it installed for future service calls.
You maintain full control of your computer. You can see everything we do, right when we do it. You can turn off our access at your discretion and even remove the CrossLoop program completely, if you wish.
