Sometimes you just don’t have time to make important changes to your website. Our Website Management services can help keep your website up-to-date so you can spend more billable time working for your clients.
Website Management
The act of updating the elements (e.g. images and text) of a website.
How Does It Work?
We can add, delete or edit your website content including text and graphics. This includes modifying products in your e-commerce webstore, updating news events, posting blog articles, uploading documents and even emergency bug fixes and/or security patches. If you aren’t sure what the problem is or don’t understand something, just tell us what’s going on and we’ll take a look and report back to you with our findings and estimated time to fix it.

How long does it take?
Most updates are completed within 48 hours, often within the same day or even a few hours after you’ve submitted your request. Larger updates may take longer, depending on the extent of the request.
How much does it cost?
Pay-as-you-go website maintenance is billed at an hourly rate of $75, in increments of 15 minutes. For example, if an update only takes 15 minutes or less for us to complete, then your cost is only $18.75. Updates needing between 16 and 30 minutes to complete would only cost you $37.50. And so on.
Monthly fixed cost plans
Save money with our monthly fixed-cost plans, tailored specifically to your needs. If you need regular updates for your website, then our fixed maintenance plans will be more economical, because they are based on reduced-rate, prepaid hours. All fixed plans are for a term of 12 months.
